Consultations are required before all bookings. Contact (305)494-6252 before you proceed. A consultation is the date, time, location, and idea for your shoot. To verify I’ll be available and able to do your session.

At the time of booking, a $105 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment date and time. The deposit cannot be transferred. IF PAID IN FULL YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED AT ALL. Payment of the deposit acts as an agreement to all of the Trevonne T Photography policies. Final payment is due 24 hours before the appointment.

Sessions must be paid in full prior to shoot date or the shoot will be cancelled. You can pay via Apple Pay, Zelle, or $Cashapp. An additional $25 surcharge will be added on all sessions where client is beyond 10 minutes late. Session end times will NOT be extended to accommodate client lack of punctuality. If a said client is 30 minutes late, the fee raises to $50. The card on file will be charged.

Rescheduling is allowed ONCE up to 72hrs before your appointment for free. Any time within that time period, there will be a $50 rescheduling fee. COMMENCEMENT PACKAGES CANNOT BE RESCHEDULED. You CANNOT reschedule the day of the shoot whatsoever. Once a package is selected you are in an agreement to that package. There is no downgrading, you can only upgrade.

FILES will be sent within 72hrs of your shoot. Turn around time is 7-10 business days, excluding weekends and holidays from selection date of edits. There are 3 rush fees available: Same Day - $200, 24hrs - $150, 48-72 hrs - $100.

Weather is out of my control. In the case of inclement weather, you can reschedule a shoot free of charge. If you choose to shoot in inclement weather, there is no makeup date given. As stated deposits are NONREFUNDABLE. You can use that deposit towards another shoot.

A travel fee will be assessed if outside of East Orlando! For ALL SESSIONS.

Retouching

Premium Retouch: $25/image or $100 for entire package

Champagne is only provided for the DIAMOND & ASTRO COMMENCEMENT PACKAGE

This is a paid add-on to any package of your choice.

Premium retouches are at our discretion with what we believe looks the best, while maintaining image integrity.

Post shoot:

After your session you will have 7 days to select your edits. The maximum time given will be a month for selection after that your edits are void.
